"You Lost Me" is a song by American recording artist Christina Aguilera, taken from her fourth studio album, Bionic (2010). Described by Aguilera as the "heart of the album," the song was written by Aguilera and Sia Furler, with the song's producer Samuel Dixon. Lyrically, the song talks about a cheating man, who has left the world in Aguilera's view as "infected". The song was released on June 29, 2010 by RCA Records, as the second and final mainstream single from Bionic. A radio edit was released and gained comparisons to artists like Phil Spector and the Wall of Sound.

Sky Ferreira covered the song during Hilfiger Denim Live, at the Paradiso Venue in Amsterdam, Netherlands on March 17, 2011.

LyricsEdit

Sky Ferreira's versionEdit

[Verse 1]:
Smoking gun,
We´ve lost it all, the love is gone.
She has won, now it´s no fun,
We´ve lost it all, the love is gone.

[Hook]:
And we had magic,
And this is tragic.
You couldn´t keep your hands to yourself.

[Chorus]:
Oh, I feel like our world´s been infected,
And somehow you left me neglected.
We´ve found our lives been changed,
Baby, you lost me.

[Verse 2]:
And we tried, oh, how we cry,
We lost ourselves, we lost the fight.
And though we tried, we tried, you can´t deny.
That we lost it all, the love has died.

[Hook]:
And we had magic,
And this is tragic.
You couldn´t keep your hands to yourself.

[Chorus]:
Oh, I feel like our world´s been infected,
And somehow you left me neglected.
We´ve found our lives been changed,
Baby, you lost me.

[Outro]:
Now I know you´re sorry, and we were sweet,
But you chose lust when, you deceived me.
And you´ll regret it, but it´s too late.
How can I ever trust you again?
